ABOUT TASWELD

Tasweld Geelong has been operating in the Geelong region since 2008 offering Steel Fabrication, Stainless Steel Welding, Aluminium Welding and Site Maintenance services to both individual clients and international corporations. Our origins were founded in Warrnambool Victoria 25 years ago with Tasweld Engineering, Tasweld Engineering is an established leader in metal fabrication, welding services and the installation of stainless steel equipment and pipework. Tasweld Geelong continues to provide clients with value, expertise and quality workmanship.

At Tasweld Geelong we understand the need for providing cost effective solutions for clients without compromising on Quality or Safety.

Quality

Tasweld Geelong promotes a "quality-in-all-we-do" philosophy with a total company commitment to continuous improvement. We have a comprehensive recruitment process to assist in sourcing suitably qualified people for the job. Our in-house Quality Management System is constantly being reviewed to consistently meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Safety

We believe our employees are our greatest asset and embrace our responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment. This extends to contractors and visitors to our Business or Work Sites. Our current safety record is exceptional and we plan to keep it that way.

Through regular consultation with our employees and 3rd party specialists we have developed a thorough HSE Plan and Employee Induction system that ensures employees buy in to Safety in all aspects of their individual tasks.

Environment

Tasweld Geelong recognizes that day-to-day operations can impact both directly and indirectly on the environment. We aim to protect and improve the environment through good management and by adopting best practice wherever possible.

We are committed to reducing our Carbon emissions through an in-house Energy Management Plan. By switching to energy efficient lighting, recycling and possible alternative energy sources we are aiming to reduce our Carbon footprint by 15-20%.
